MAIN STREET

The project started the demolition of the existing building. The project entails construction of a new six story structural steel building that is replacing the original buildings built in 1880/1915 respectively. The total building area is 57,575SF. The new building will be72’ x 144’. The first floor will have 2,200 SF of commercial rental space along with parking for 15 cars.  When completed, 45 apartments will be located on floors two through six.  The building will consist of nine, one-bedroom units and thirty-six two-bedroom units and will be available for occupancy in June 2024.
